When you activate XMP, your PC often encounters issues and crashes. Your system specs include an i9 9900K with 32GB RAM, RTX 2080, and a Super ASUS RogStrix Z390 gaming board. Please check the XMP settings in GSKill 3200 XMP 2.0 and ensure compatibility with your hardware.

Execute 2933MHz once XMP is activated, and verify the designated ports (2 and 4) are arranged in the 1234 sequence.

Attempt 2933 in slot 2 and 4. If successful, proceed to 3200. Adjust VCC/VCCSA to 1.1 and retry.

Adjust vccio and vccsa to 1.1, then test at 3000 and finally 3200. Values above 2933 for comet lake aren't assured, but the imc should work. Ensure your RAM is in slots 2 and 4.

It seems like this point highlights a possible reason behind the issue. After filling in all four sections, the system's performance drops noticeably, making it harder to achieve significant overclocking.
