I managed to figure this out eventually. After using the steam link, Windows detected low FPS on my desktop (both PC and Wi-Fi connected) and turned off Auto-Improvement. I’m still having issues getting it back up. I’ve searched online already, but the Windows troubleshooter didn’t help. I also tried a registry fix, but nothing worked. Here are some images of what I’m facing—Windows 7 64-bit.

Check performance during startup and when opening. Fine-tune as needed. Select the desired options.

I found a solution after doing more research. It seems you might have unintentionally changed the color depth to 16 bits during the resolution adjustment, which caused the issue. Let me know if you need further help!
