Hello everyone. I’m here because I recently faced a problem with my new PC and decided to perform a reset. I opened the Windows 10 settings app, navigated to Recovery, and selected the "Reset this PC" option. After that, my computer functioned normally again. However, I encountered an odd issue. In the settings app, it displays "Windows isn't activated. Activate Windows now." It includes a link to the activation section. When I go to Accounts, sign in with my Microsoft account, and click "Manage my Microsoft account," I see that it lists a version of Windows 10 tied to my account. The About section in System Settings confirms it as Windows 10 Home with a version number and build info. I attempt to reach the activation settings, but only see a loading indicator that never completes, preventing access. If anyone has dealt with this before or knows how to resolve it, please let me know. For reference, I purchased Windows 10 about two months ago and still have my original key available if needed.

You might attempt to override your CD key using CMD as an administrator.

Have you reached out to their support team? The live chat works very fast and offers a higher chance of resolving the issue compared to this forum.
