I upgraded my CPU cooler and it’s cooling well, but the fans are always spinning fast even when I’m just using the desktop. I noticed the Game Booster setting in the BIOS is boosting the voltage, which might be causing the issue. You could try turning it off temporarily to see if performance improves. If not, disabling the Game Boost in MSI B450 BIOS should help.
