I'm working on getting the modem set up and the site is telling me it can't locate the device. They suggest calling 1-855-652-3446 for assistance. They mentioned they'll add it and get your service up soon. P.S. I spoke to the support line and it wasn't very helpful—it didn't do anything.

Contact the technical support line. You will need to provide the modem's MAC address and serial number. Ensure the modem appears in the supported devices list.

This doesn't matter much. The staff in the shops are no better than those you contact for help. To make it work, you'll have to reach out. The garden activation isn't always reliable.

The call in # isn't working well. I've tried it 12 times but didn't get any results. Their customer page looks terrible. I'm telling you, trust me on this. The modem is connected to Xfinity and shows their logo.

I really dislike this. The robot on the phone mentioned it was dealing with technical issues and then dropped off. I need the internet to stay alive. Why Xfinity?
