The only available driver is from the manufacturer's site. Is there another option someone knows for this device? It appears to be a J5 USB to HDMI dock.

UBS-C or USB-A? USB-C could work without a driver since it uses USB-C DP alt-mode for video. If it's USB-A, it might rely on DisplayLink or contain an unnamed Chinese chip. Find the precise model link.
