is it a DDR5 model? If yes, quad channel won't be an issue. For DDR4 it's not that problematic. Regarding extra RAM, 32 gigabytes works just fine for games; if you need more for other tasks, it's okay. For DDR5, consider upgrading to a 64 gigabyte system if possible. If it's DDR4, you're good to go.

Your system is DDR4, so it should be okay. However, there could be issues—consider using a new setup if you're experiencing problems recently.

It's DDR4, which is great. Recently I've noticed high RAM usage—90 to 95%—while playing games, streaming, and keeping Chrome tabs open. I'm relieved my system's settings are current. xD I haven't had any issues with RAM on this setup, but my older DDR3 system caused problems, so I'm planning to upgrade and add RGB lighting this time.
