I downloaded the Steam version of Elder Scrolls Online and noticed similar issues. When I tried to start the game, it didn’t load even after checking the cache and reloading the whole game. Anyone have any suggestions or fixes?

made a big error with ESO, tried the beta initially and it felt okay for the first 10-20 hours, but then performance dropped sharply. currently I don’t have a solution, any idea if you reached out to Bethesda support?

It's a solid offer for the price, especially with 10 to 20 hours included. The main plot gives about 100 hours of playtime, so it seems like a good value even before reaching the end. I haven't reached out to Bethesda yet, but I'm hoping someone has a solution. It took me all day and night to download the game.

It’s extremely hard to enjoy the game with your friends since completing just a few tasks that they haven’t done stops you from seeing them, even when they’re right beside you. Plus, you can’t really dive into the map unless you finish specific quests, which feels the opposite of how the old elderscrolls games let you freely explore wherever you like.

I resolved the issue. I discovered a fix in the launcher settings and it functions now.

The issue is that the content feels very similar every time. To progress through the veteran ranks, you need to explore other factions' areas. Only once you reach VR 10 do you unlock new material. Still, I think I’m drawn to replaying it, so perhaps I enjoy it on a deeper level. I didn’t realize I was limited in freely exploring the map during my first playthrough.

I only have two friends and none of them play games, so that's it.

I think you're a bit of a jokester, honestly.

The game is terrible, you should have saved your money.
