To keep using Windows 10 until 2024, avoid the Insider Preview builds and opt out of them. If you need to stay on Windows 10, follow the steps carefully so you don’t end up back on Windows 11. Let me know if you need more details!

Exclude certain Windows 10 to 11 update KB entries from WSUS. Turn off automatic updates and reject any containing migration tools (such as the link provided).

Consider turning off secure boot and/or TPM settings. This may render your PC unsupported. Ensure you're not relying on TPM for any encryption tasks, or you risk losing access to decryption later.

Avoid the upgrade option—it won't occur without your consent.

This could be a future possibility with Microsoft. They plan to implement it eventually, similar to what happened with Windows 10. It might involve a prompt like "Auto upgrading to Windows 11, click no in the next hour if you don’t want us to proceed" and deliver that message early in the morning. To stop it, you’ll likely need to adjust settings such as TPM or secure boot. If those are turned off, updates won’t happen (at least for now). Double-check that you’re not using any related tools like BitLocker.

Turn off TPM completely and keep it disabled. It’s unlikely consumers need it unless they’re working with encryption.
