Exclude certain Windows 10 to 11 update KB entries from WSUS. Turn off automatic updates and reject any containing migration tools (such as the link provided).

Consider turning off secure boot and/or TPM settings. This may render your PC unsupported. Ensure you're not relying on TPM for any encryption tasks, or you risk losing access to decryption later.

To stop it, you’ll likely need to adjust settings such as TPM or secure boot. If those are turned off, updates won’t happen (at least for now). Double-check that you’re not using any related tools like BitLocker.
