hello everyone, it's been a while since I ran into this issue. I put in a Sabrent Rocket Q into a very classic PCI-E slot, and everything seemed okay because it showed up under Win10 via HardwareInfo. However, it wasn't detected by the disk management tool, especially since these are my regular drives. After the last Windows 10 update, I can't locate "disk management" anymore as I used to do when formatting new disks.

Click the Windows icon, a menu will show up, locate Disk Management there.

Just press the Windows key, then type "disk management" and it should appear.
