I also doubt these figures are correct even after being shown to you. It might be due to server delays, but that would likely be on top of your general latency, making the numbers inconsistent... but that’s not what matters. What I’m focusing on is a point where things become really difficult—maybe there’s a limit beyond which it’s unplayable. I’m curious if there’s a local server available for you, or at least one in another region like Mexico. That would depend on whether it’s feasible and accessible.
Additionally, I believe the servers here are unreliable, possibly overloaded during peak times, which isn’t much of a fix. Lastly, as a reference, I’ve played a lot on Japanese or Chinese servers (other titles too), and I never experienced significant lag—usually around 300ms from Europe. From what I’ve heard, as long as matches stay consistent, it’s playable. However, my Japanese friends told me the same, most of them saying no or it wasn’t that bad. It might not be ideal, but it’s better than what I’ve had. In short, maybe these Fortnite servers are indeed problematic.
I’m confused because I don’t understand Spanish, so I have to play in American servers too. The ping is 64, and I wonder if I need to create another thread to ask about a setting that’s blocking my laptop.
