It's just a simple question. When I press F2 to try opening the BIOS, my laptop freezes right on the Acer logo and won't let me in. My problem is with this ACER TravelMate P214-52 that has Windows 10 but also runs Linux (Pop_OS).

Welcome to the forums and a Happy New Year! If you can boot up with an Operating System that has a graphical screen, please check what version of your BIOS it is. Using the serial number on the netbook, apply this link here and see if your motherboard needs updates. While you are using the OS GUI, try Keyboardtester to figure out which keys are being pressed down.

Hi there, thanks so much for taking me out of it! I looked at the website to see if I could download a new BIOS program, but they didn't have any options for me. Plus, all my computer keys are still working fine.
