I’m trying to find page 78 or the data sheet for the Acer Swift X N20C12 board. I’ve been working on troubleshooting it and think I’ve reached a solid conclusion: the device is about four years old, has always been powered on, and shut down without using the Acer shutdown screen two days ago. I’ve eliminated the battery issue, dead cable, and port problems—after resetting CMOS, the battery reset hole, and power button tests, the voltage reading in the barrel jack came out at 19V, which rules out a dead cable or port. Using a multimeter confirmed continuity across three components, two of which are fuses. I’m hoping to pinpoint each one before moving forward. I’ve attached photos showing the iPhone camera quality and the LA-L202P barrel jack layout with the suspected fuses and MOSFET. Please help identify them accurately! Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Based on my brief investigation, it seems to be a Zener diode used for voltage regulation. The three-pin component on the top appears to be identical, likely the same part (package type SOT-416). It's challenging to identify exactly what each of the three sections is from the image since there are no clear markings visible; they might be fuses, resistors, or even diodes.

You're welcome on the challenge. I didn't rely solely on research but also used visual databases and schematics. The diagrams seem confusing at first, but I managed to interpret them with the help of a microscope photo you shared. Cleaning the black areas with iso and cotton swabs helped, though the results aren't perfect. The part you mentioned is an Acer SFX14-42G model with LA-L202P and BV.rar attached.

I searched for "6C SOT-416" and retrieved the datasheet. Examining the labels and markings—especially if you’re familiar with the package style (like a 3-pin SMT)—often provides useful details. The absence of visible markings suggests these components might be capacitors or inductors, the latter being more plausible. If continuity is detected across them, they likely aren’t capacitors. Additionally, parts from schematic revision 1 may still be relevant for revision 2.
