I received an i9 12900h on an Acer Predator Helios 300. During initial stress tests, there were no signs of thermal throttling and temperatures stayed under 92°C. After a month, during extended benchmarks or stress tests, the system began throttling, with temperatures occasionally reaching 96°C or spiking to 100°C for short periods. In games, performance varies: Starfield stays below 80°C, while Phantom Liberty experiences spikes up to 92°C. However, the P-cores maintain a stable 4.2 even when throttling occurs in the benchmark. The score achieved was 6500, and it passed the stress test. Is this typical?
