You're asking if others are facing the same issue with your notebook after changing the RAM and Wi-Fi card. You tried resetting the BIOS and switching to legacy mode, but it still doesn't boot properly. The problem seems linked to BIOS settings or a possible misconfiguration during the swap. It's also worth checking the Wi-Fi cable connections—some sources suggest the type of antenna cable matters. If you're unsure, it might help to verify the correct cable and ensure everything is properly seated. If the issue persists after these steps, consider replacing the unit or consulting a technician.

The card isn't showing up or it's not functioning properly.

I wanted to mention this. Some makers include White List cards in the BIOS. If you insert a WiFi card that isn't on the list, the laptop might not boot at all. That's why checking for a compatible list of WiFi adapters is important.

It seems like the setup happens when I power it on or click in the lower-right corner. I think the black-and-white radio cable might be faulty now. I put my old Wi-Fi card back in, but it still doesn’t connect.

It doesn't display any signal, is it visible in device lists on Windows? And have you set up the updated diver for the new card?

It seems the signal isn't being detected despite the Wi-Fi driver being installed properly. I can't toggle the connection on or off anymore, and changing the network settings hasn't made a difference.
