Hello, I understand your concern about the situation. Your account was compromised a few months ago, but you successfully restored it within two days. However, soon after, it was placed on hold because it was still linked to a hacker’s possession, even though you had regained full control. You’ve reached out to support multiple times through different methods and submitted appeals, but the process has only led to requests for additional verification steps like a form submission. After that, they sent a password reset link, which you’ve already used twice. The account remains suspended, and I’m unsure what further actions are needed. Here are some suggestions: consider reaching out to a trusted third party or a cybersecurity expert for guidance, review any documentation you received from support carefully, and keep track of all communications. If the issue persists, you might want to escalate it to a higher authority or a specialized service.

The organization is large, so most interactions likely involve automated support systems.

Hello to the discussions! Please consider waiting a few days if you haven’t already. Double-check that you’re not connecting through a VPN, as their detection process might be taking longer to resolve any issues with your account.

The device moves slowly, and we're just small parts within it. It might need a whole month for your account to be restored. This delay is similar to how they took so long to freeze your account after the hack, even though you had already recovered it.
