Interesting concepts, though do you recall anyone who has managed this consistently over time? For me, it seems like something Valve could easily monitor and shut down. This is essentially how those budget services that "rent" accounts operate. What Valve observes: an account with many games played but minimal time spent on them. Another account linked through family sharing and gameplay. What Valve does: they ban the gaming account. If they can establish a link between these accounts, they might also ban the connected ones.
