Account for administrator on Windows 10?

You're currently logged in as a regular user, but the system allows you to switch to an admin account. To change your role, go to the account settings and select "Admin" from the available options. If you need further help, let me know!

Log out is okay; you also have the option to hide the account if needed.

Located the solution, but it remains turned on, preventing access to the administrator menu. Is there no lasting method to disable it?
