Account charged for FIFA 15 and banned.
This is my first time posting here and I just wanted to share this with the community. So 15th of this month Origin contacted me via e-mail telling me that I have purchased FIFA 15 even though I've not purchased it. Immediately I've contacted EA support and asked for a refund which I got. Two days after that I wanted to play some Bad Company 2 with my mate. I tried to log in with my account, but a message just popped out telling me that my acc is banned. I tried to log in to Battlelog, but I just this message: You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was an error, please contact Customer Services. They did not send me any notification whatsoever telling me that my account has been banned. So I contacted Customer Service again regarding my issue. They told me that there is a high chance that my acc is only temporarily suspended, the reason being: usage of a fraudulent method. He told me to send an e-mail to accountdisputes to find out how long will this suspension last. I've sent an e-mail. It has been almost a week now and still no response. Now I'm wondering if any of you had experienced something similar. And given the fact that they're taking their sweet ass time to respond, can any of you tell me how long do these suspensions usually last? I'm getting pretty desperate over here. Cheers mates!
