Likely a simple solution, but 15 minutes of searching on Google only provided political updates and tips about preventing windows from opening certain apps. What I need is to reorganize all my apps that auto-launch every time I start Windows 10—like Discord, NZXT CAM, Precision Tools, etc.—so they appear on the main screen instead of popping up randomly on the wrong monitor. When I turn off and restart, everything should stay where it was. Apparently, this is the default behavior. Now, my shortcuts remain in place, but the apps that auto-open are always shifting. Can I find a way to fix this so they stay fixed when I open them?

You’d love having everything open on your main screen. Have you given it a try? Close all the windows and then restart the system.

Moved to Windows *** Windows isn't particularly clever with software installation. The only option available is the one shown here. Move the monitor to a smaller window, close it, then reopen it (it should appear correctly), maximize it, and close it again. Next time you launch it, it should be in the right monitor and maximized properly. You can also use multi-monitor solutions such as Actual Multiple Monitors, Multimon, or DisplayFusion for additional control over size and position.
