That's a VMware Horizon VM. It's hosted on my school network, and I verified that I can't reach my external IP from the local network.

The virtual machine is hosted at your institution. You're attempting to reach your website from school. Can you connect to the internet through that VM? Please share your IP address in a message. Your decision is welcome.
