I don't want to say that, I'm talking about the iis. Horizon is fine for me. I encounter a time out error when trying to reach my public IP, even in Horizon Desktop that isn't on my local network.

The public IP address appears to belong to your home network, but it looks like nothing is connected. There’s no activity detected, including port 80 not being used. The issue might be due to timing or a lack of connection establishment.

Return to your router and verify the ports once more. It looks like the issue might be with the ports. Also, confirm that the Windows firewall permits port 80 and 443, as some servers require these for proper operation.
