Mid-range gaming setup with Intel i5 5690k, 16GB RAM, RTX 2070. Frequently encounters black screen when trying to access BIOS, but Windows boots normally. Tested various ports and removed the graphics card, using only the built-in display. Still facing issues. Are there methods to flash BIOS without opening it?

I've attempted to start from BIOS using the Windows recovery, but the issue persists. I also reset the CMOS and removed the battery for 15 minutes without resolving it.
