You can view this information in the "All Info" section of your computer. On the laptop, it only displays your name and email address, and it requests a password that hasn’t been configured yet.

I considered purchasing a Win 10 Pro key and installing it. From what I've noticed, university licenses often cause issues. Would updating it to Pro resolve the problem?

It depends on several factors, especially the method of installation. If it was a simple setup, yes—but I suspect it wasn’t. A professional key might not help or could worsen the problem. I recommend removing the hard drive, using it in another system, backing up important files, then erasing it and starting over. This should be the simplest solution.
