I purchased a laptop and found it quite troublesome afterward. Updating the software on Nvedia didn’t work; the control panel option disappeared, then I installed a driver but couldn’t access the GPU. I went to settings and tried disabling the defender, but I’m still unsure how to proceed PXL_20250215_162740222.mp4

I ordered an OLED laptop and waited several months, only to receive it in perfect condition with new packaging. The website listed everything as brand new, yet the product wasn’t even registered there. I suspect the company might have placed orders for these models but left them unsold or sold them directly to customers in a different way.
