By the end of 2023, I encountered issues signing into my Microsoft store or Xbox PC app with any account. The system consistently displayed login errors and redirected me to a non-existent help page. After reaching out to Microsoft Support, they suggested reinstalling Windows. I’m worried about the hassle of that process. Do you have any other options?

You searched for information about fixing an error code and it led you here. It seems the issue might be connected to a payment method you used or had, possibly affecting a purchase. It’s possible the rejection is linked to a payment option. You’ve tried clearing your card details and re-entering them, but I’m not sure if that resolved anything. Your concern about it being related to payments is noted.

Thank you for your reply. It seems the site redirects to discussions about various error codes, and my efforts to search for solutions haven't resolved the issue.

Have you considered the option I recommended? Have you checked if deleting any credit card details on your account improves the situation?

I'm truly sorry for the delayed response. It seems there was an issue accessing the necessary information.
