Hey, I’ve been having some issues with my PC lately. It started when I turned it on and thought everything was fine. Then, after unplugging my phone from the charger (using the front USB), another problem appeared. When I restarted my computer, a new bluescreen showed up. After logging in, I noticed an image popped up with a picture of myself on the login screen. It disappeared after about 10 to 20 seconds, but then it reappeared again. Eventually, the black screen appeared. Someone, could you help me? This is really frustrating—I’ve dealt with similar problems but can’t seem to fix them.

I haven't removed system 32, I'm not that simple, there was a single virus that appeared—it was a Roblox FPS unblocker that forced the game to run at a higher frame rate.

I’ll probably remove the rbx fps unlocker once I’m back in cos, just to avoid it happening again.

The file "kernel.appcore.dll" was likely deleted from your Windows setup. Since the kernel is essential for the system, its absence could contribute to the BSOD issue.

I understand your situation. You don’t need to reinstall Windows and you have access to the BIOS.

Which version of Windows 10 is installed? You'll need to retrieve the DLL and place it back in its proper location. Before proceeding, ensure your system is free from viruses. I suggest installing Hiren's BootCD PE onto a USB drive using Rufus, then verify your PC with the antivirus software already running on that media.

I don’t know for sure if it was fully updated, but there’s a way to verify your computer’s status online.

Open the file in C:\Windows\System32\kernel32.dll, right-click it, select Properties, then go to the Details tab. Share the version information here.
