Hello. I locked myself out of the router and its admin area due to accidentally turning on MAC filtering with no addresses blacklisted. Now I’m stuck—hard resetting is the only option, but the router lacks a visible reset button or software access. It came from DBC Technologies (model BC-323DAC-HGX), which I can’t locate online. I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds, but that didn’t help. Can someone guide me through the physical reset process?

I would simply contact the ISP and express concern about the malfunctioning router they supplied. They will require a replacement. Issue resolved.
