The initial box shows the stick drift level. Since drift is inevitable, what’s considered normal for a new controller? I’ve already sent one back because it showed similar issues, so this one is ordered. It seems to loosen around the center until I shift it away. Because the sticks are metal and heavier than standard models, they tend to move under gravity or when lightly rattled. For reference in games, you’ll need a minimum of 10 dead zones in NFS Unbound and 7.5 in Halo Infinite.
