I tried Nord in the past and liked its network bonding feature, so I bought the 3-year plan for £130. I was curious if it’s a solid VPN option. I haven’t used NordVPN very often—just occasionally for some shows and torrenting. In short, I’m asking whether it’s worth it and if Speedify is a reliable choice.

Only the VPN is being used—consider Mullvad for top security or SurfShark for affordability. Mullvad offers the best protection, while SurfShark is budget-friendly and functional. Good luck!

Thank you for your feedback. I focused on Speedify's networking capabilities, but I understand you're more interested in its safety features. I'll prioritize ensuring it offers sufficient security without relying solely on a VPN.

VPNs work well when trying to bypass region restrictions. They protect your personal devices on various networks, like cafes. Internet activities should always be treated with caution. Yes, using a VPN adds an extra layer of security compared to not using one. I’m not familiar with Speedify’s specifics or its rules, but in general, any online action means sharing data with your ISP or the VPN service.

The person already bought a 3-year plan with Speedify. For bonding needs, Speedify appears to provide that feature. I’d prefer a higher-speed tier from the ISP instead of using Speedify. I haven’t tried Speedify myself, so I can’t comment on its security. It seems they prioritize bonding over privacy. If you want stronger protection and anonymity, the alternatives discussed earlier are likely better choices.

It seems like you're considering whether investing in a pfSense device would have been a better long-term choice than using Speedify for three years. Bonding might be necessary mainly for boosting combined upload speeds, but timing isn't ideal to make this suggestion right now.
