I'm experiencing inconsistent frame rates, often dropping to 30fps. Some moments reach 40-60fps, while others are very low. My afterburner CPU stays at 100% across cores. Settings like ultra high, shadows high, and FXAA seem fine compared to others on similar rigs. My MSI 970 is overclocked at 140 cores with no voltage issues, and memory performance is stable. Other players report similar problems despite identical configurations. I've also tested an OC CPU at 4.4ghz without improvement.
