My device can handle the game "ok" but that doesn't mean Ubisoft's tuning is good. This feels a lot like the "hater defense" used when there are no arguments at all. I don't like seeing most PC players struggle to launch a game without any reason. Running it at 40 FPS on a GTX 980 at 1080p is really disappointing. An R9 290 is about four to five times more powerful than a Xbox One GPU and the GTX 980 performs better even at its default settings. This title should be running in 4K or 4xSSAA like Shadows of Mordor does. A slight texture boost in 1080p is hardly impressive on a GTX 980. The same applies to Watch Dogs and Far Cry 4. Far Cry 4 would have worked well if they hadn't turned it into a single-core experience.

You scored between 55 and 60 on your 970 at ultra.

You're after the most powerful GPU available, boosted to run smoothly at under 60 frames per second. The game should stand out significantly compared to others, making the performance impressive enough to warrant it.
