Hey everyone! Let me share my setup and the issue I'm facing. My system includes an Intel Core i5 2300 with 4GB RAM, a DDR3 GTX 750 Ti 1240x1024 monitor. When I run AC IV Black Flag with all settings turned up, I sometimes see 60fps but then it drops to 35 or even 50. This makes the game stutter a lot. My RAM usage is around 2100MB, GPU stays under 80%, and all CPU cores never exceed 60%. It seems like the game is having trouble, but I'm not sure if it's a bug or just my hardware. Meanwhile, GRID 2 runs perfectly at 60fps with max settings. What could be causing this inconsistency?

The game can be quite challenging in certain areas of the map. The 750 Ti also isn't particularly impressive.

Adjusting the settings can eliminate the drops. Is this happening consistently or only in specific spots?

Execute it at a medium to high setting; it could be a few years old but still quite demanding in terms of graphics.

You haven't adjusted the volume yet, but it seems your CPU and GPU aren't reaching their full capacity even when FPS drops. This issue tends to occur while you're at sea with the ship, though it can also happen in a city setting.

Ensure PhysX is disabled before use, as it may cause performance issues.

It could be that the VRAM is at full capacity, causing the issue. Perhaps reducing texture quality might help.
