i upgraded my setup recently and everything seems fine. now i’m using an oculus meta-2 and upgraded to a higher spec—gtx 750 ti without vr. i’m still experiencing some issues. could you help me? i need details on cpu and gpu temperatures. my system runs an asus b150m-c with an 1660s oc 6gb gpu, plus a dual xddr4 16gb at 2133mhz and two 8gb 2666mhz sticks. it’s running 6-core i7-6700, and cpu temps are around 45° idle for light tasks, but jump to about 85° when playing games—even vr ones. sometimes it hits 110°. i can still cook an egg on it, so it works but feels unstable. there’s also a temp problem somewhere. how does the cpu handle temperatures between 85 and 100° without overheating? and for the memory, should i replace the single 16gb 2133 with the dual channel version on the two 8gb sticks?

What cooling solution are you employing? Yes. For 32gb memory, consider selling your existing unit to receive a 2x16 upgrade. Recent AMD Ryzen 7000 processors typically aim for a standard operating temperature of 95°C during heavy use, with performance improvements. *Older components usually ran at much lower temps—around 75°C max, which was quite limiting.*
