Take a quick glance above. RAM, GPU, and CPU are all functioning properly. The power supply works too, though it might not be sufficient (?) It can deliver up to 22 amps on the 5V rail, which is confusing since you’re having trouble getting the board to boot with two different PSUs now. My thought is a corrupted BIOS and I don’t want to spend money ordering a new chip from abroad just to keep this old build running.

It turns out I made a mistake. The guide for the motherboard I checked mentioned those pins were at one spot, but the actual manual says they’re elsewhere. Thanks for the patience—three weeks lost on this front panel issue is rough.
