Hi, I see you're dealing with an A320M-S2H running an Athlon 200GE. You have an M.2 SSD, 2x4GB RAM, and BIOS version F30. The integrated graphics work fine, but when you connect a GPU via PCIe it disappears from Device Manager and doesn<|pad|>. You've tested on another machine with a different CPU and had success with other GPUs, so the issue might be specific to this board. The slot appears intact but possibly faulty. Could you double-check the BIOS settings or try a different PCIe slot?

This might be a simple issue, but you didn<|pad|> to connect the HDMI cable to the graphics card?

yeah I have been plugging monitor into the graphics card (for the 550 ti I have in there at moment using DVI). I unplug hdmi connected to motherboard and switch to DVI, switch on, and screen doesnt respond and goes into sleep mode. If I plug in the HDMI to motherboard and switch monitor to HDMI, it has posted and booted into windows. last night i pulled out the m.2 ssd and installed Manjaro on the HDD to see if the M.2 had anything to do with it and no difference. GPU still not being recognised. I am confident the GPUs work, but not confident the Motherboard is 100%. Is there any way to actually test the PCIe on the motherboard?
