You shouldn't be able to, if you can adjust the multiplier, that likely won't make a difference.

3600 can reach a maximum turbo frequency of 4.2GHz, which means you might be able to configure it for 42 even. But since the A320 doesn’t allow multiplier overclocking, it won’t exceed those auto-setting limits.
