A10 7860K stock cooler suitable for overclocking

AMD has begun distributing high-quality stock coolers recently, such as the Wraith. The A10 7860K includes "The near-silent 95W AMD Thermal Solutions." With a TDP of just 65W, can I safely overclock it using only the stock cooler?

Until the temperature rises too much, it's okay. However, it's not advised. Stick to AOD and focus on thermal margins (rather than core temperatures). Once you consistently drop to single digits, it's best to reduce the load.
