I don’t have a specific budget, but I can suggest the top options available. Checking the part list should help you find the best cooler for your needs.

OK. So the A80 is better? Among the A40, A40 Ultimate, A80...yes. If your case allows for it.

I don't have a specific budget at the moment, so I'm just looking for the top cooler possible for my motherboard (air or water cooling). Please help!
Part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zKXGvK
The "best" would be spending $1,000 on a complete custom loop that includes the CPU and GPU, with just the right color of blue liquid dye.

Corsair h100 GT
Air? Go Noctua,
Big and muscle? The classic v8 from Cooler Master
By the way, the 1k waterloop was great too!

Could you clarify what you mean by "the h115 as good as the h100 gt"? Are you comparing features, performance, or something else?

And on your build... I wouldn't choose DDR4. Opt for a high DDR3 with lower timing. Spend the extra money on an SSD for the system.

This would require changing my processor and motherboard. I'm not planning to do that.

You need to choose between a cooler from Cryo's A series or one of Corsairs' models. Which option do you prefer?
