Jeeze this is a big game it comes on 5 DVDs! My friend who works in a computer/gaming store sold it to me today, after I came home I realised I don't even have optical drive in my computer... so now I'm watching my laptop rip them to the HDD, and then I have to wait a bit more so I can get my sorry ass home, because my laptop sure as hell won't run this game. This game better be worth it!
Don't purchase a game until you're sure it's a good value; wait for reviews before deciding.
It seems like the item is quite appealing to you. If you hadn't purchased it, you might have had to find it from a less trustworthy place (that's a tough situation!). I believe your motivation stems from wanting this game to be strong, especially since I enjoyed "The Return of the King" back then and I missed having a chance to explore "the Third Age."
Have you noticed the container for a potential code that lets you launch your game on Steam effortlessly and avoid the trouble?
The Steam version was around 44GB, which is what I thought. It’s interesting they put in the work with physical disks—most PC game copies come with a disk that already has a launcher for downloading, which feels a bit unnecessary at times.
What's the deal? Unless you purchase it immediately, you won't be able to get it within a day or two? Will they halt the release when it launches?
I'm heading back soon and will be staying longer than usual, which makes sense. Home doesn't have any game shops nearby, and we've already noticed our internet isn't fast enough—our modem often stops working a few times each day.
