Admit it, your mouse looks just like everyone else—sweaty and heavy. When you play, nothing beats a clammy mouse and sweaty hands. These four suggestions might seem simple, but often we overlook the basics before they’re highlighted. I’m definitely guilty of it. Use a good fat remover to clean your mouse and keep it in top shape! A greasy mouse can make your grip bad, lowering your performance. If your hands are oily and sweaty, apply hand sanitizer regularly to remove excess fat and keep them fresh. Now your mouse will stay smooth and responsive for a longer time. Clean your face too! You might not think about it, but you touch your face often—scratching your nose or wiping dust off your cheeks. If you rub your sweaty face, all those cleaning products won’t help much. Play in a cooler space. Avoid ice packs on your butt, but keep yourself cool enough to stay comfortable. Keep your body and head cool while your feet stay warm. This helps you react faster and keeps your hands dry for as long as possible. If you follow these four tips, your skills will improve significantly. Play on! Plus, any extra advice for managing sweaty hands is really appreciated!

You're incredibly fortunate, my friend. With my hands always damp from sweat, I keep a paper towel and hand sanitizer with me at all times.

Movement becomes more time-consuming, lowering your reaction speed. Your reaction time remains unchanged, but your speed when reaching the target decreases.

You only shift your entire arm for large sweeping motions and use your wrist for fine adjustments.

Interesting fact. My hands stay dry while gaming with a mouse for long sessions, but they get sweaty when using a controller after some time.
