I'm thinking about purchasing a Corsair H100I V2 Aio cooler from Amazon, and I'm located in Serbia. If the cooler leaks, will Corsair offer replacement or a refund for damaged parts, even though I'm in Serbia?

If they offer corsair products in Serbia, they should.
If not... I'm not sure.
However, depending on your CPU, you should know that a high-end air cooler will perform the same as an AIO cooler.
Personally, I think AIO units are overrated and just a gimmick... Stick with high-end air coolers or go full custom water loop.
That's my opinion.
