During gameplay of Far Cry 5, I experience significant frame rate fluctuations in intense combat scenarios. Other games run smoothly; however, with Far Cry 5, my central processing unit usage is consistently low at 30-40%, while my graphics card remains largely inactive at 0-2%. I am concerned about this disparity and would like to understand if it represents an issue. My system specifications are as follows: GPU – RTX 2080 OC; CPU – Ryzen 7 3700x; RAM – 16gb.

Should a new construction or improvement be undertaken? Is there a single title experiencing a technical problem?

Possessed this hardware configuration for approximately one year, primarily utilizing Far Cry 5 and the recent Saints Row remaster. During experimentation with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Valorant, both games consistently demonstrated GPU usage at roughly 40 percent while CPU load mirrored or exceeded that of the graphics card. It is potentially attributable to the demands of Far Cry 5.

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. It was a beautiful day for a stroll in the park. Many people enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air. The children played games, while adults relaxed on benches. A gentle breeze rustled through the trees. Overall, it was a pleasant scene of leisure and enjoyment.

Regarding your inquiry about GPU performance tools for task management, I suggest exploring alternative software options available on the market.

Following utilization of MSI Afterburner, the graphics card demonstrates a workload ranging from fifty to sixty percent, while the central processing unit operates at approximately twenty to thirty-five percent. However, engagement frames experience significant degradation, leading to uncertainty regarding performance given that resource consumption appears substantially beyond suggested requirements.

The game Far Cry 5 exhibits limitations regarding AMD hardware, as I understand. Concerning your system specifications, are you utilizing RAM with a speed of DDR4 3200 MHz or higher? Furthermore, did you verify the installation process followed dual-channel configuration (slots 1 and 3, or 2 and 4)? And finally, have you ensured that both your chipset drivers and BIOS are current versions?
