Almost every game (tech) site is writing about this so there's a chance you might've seen it (or that it's a repost). A new mod, by Martin Bergman, is coming and the game looks amazing. I haven't played GTA V yet, I'll admit that I'm not interested in it, but this was just so wow. That road though. But there is one problem and you might've guessed it. Frame rate. I was considering everyone paying over 600 for a lot more power since I think this could be an ENB. From what I've seen, frame rates drop dramatically!
