I have the following components:
Mobo-ASROCK b650m pro rs wifi
GPU-Powercolor fighter amd raedon rx 6750 xt
CPU- amd ryzen 7600 6 core
Power- MAG A650bn 650 wat
RAM- 32 gigs of ram
Storage- silicone power 1tb ssd
I checked compatibility with pcpartpicker and ensured all drivers are current. This is my first PC build, and I’m unsure what to do next.

Do you mean 25fps in games? All games, or just a few, or just one specific game?
Have you refreshed the bios? If not, this might be the issue.
I possess all the drivers but I'm unsure about configuring XMP/Expo in the ASRock BIOS.
I track the frames per second by using the appropriate tools and methods available to me.
