CPU: R7 1700 usually @ 3.9, now stock
RAM: 16 GB Corsair vengeance 3200 kit
Motherboard: X470 Aurous Gaming 7
PSU: Corsair RX850m
GPU: GTX 1080 (some reference blower)
Storage: Crucial MX500 256GB and Samsung 850 Evo 256 GB in raid 0

I recently bought a GTX 1080. After many troubles, I managed to install the drivers (Windows update was blocking it and my internet was slow). Once restarted, the RAID controller worked fine, but my computer restarted fans at full speed as if it were powered on. In BIOS, it reported an error and failed to boot. If I even touch the CPU speed, it goes haywire. Previously I had been running 3.9 GHz @ 1.35 V on a 290x chipset. Please help!
