It's okay if things aren't consistent; some cards succeed while others don't.
If the card is brand new and comes with warranty, you can request a return of the coil whine via RMA. Of course, this might mean you'll be without your GPU for some time. Additionally, if the coil whine isn't excessive, they may choose not to RMA it or opt to replace it with another card that also has minimal coil whine.
Thanks, but I’m not sure it’s too loud at the moment. As long as everything seems fine and safe, I’ll keep using what I have.
