Did you remove the plastic casing from the CPU cooler? Also, can you confirm if you're hearing the pump noise from your AIO?

It would always be 100? Did you apply the newest microcode update? That suggests the fan is off completely. You really need an exhaust fan!

It might not be necessary if it's firing at idle, as background processes from Windows could trigger the spike.

The 5000D model lacks an exhaust fan according to the images, which is concerning. Everyone agrees it needs significantly improved cooling for such a high-temperature component.
