I've been gradually getting better at using the Windows command prompt. Mostly I'm checking my network and trying to figure out which MAC addresses and IPs belong to the devices owned by my roommates. Today, I ran two "arp -a" commands. The first time I saw a regular list of IPs with a 0xc tag. When I repeated it now, the same 0xc table appeared but a fresh 0xd table was added too. Searching for links to IP and MAC lists only seems to bring up results I don't recognize. What does this mean?
